Experience and background.
Attorney at Law from Universidad de Los Andes (2005), awarded the Diploma of Honor for Academic Excellence. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an LL.M. in Natural Resources from the University of Denver, where he was recognized as the top student of his class.
His practice focuses on corporate and mining law, natural resources projects and family businesses. He has advised on foreign investment, contracts, real estate matters, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, mining property, easements and mining disputes.
