Our practice focuses primarily on the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements and shareholders’ agreements; legal due diligence in connection with the acquisition or disposal of companies; the structuring of mergers and acquisitions (M&A); the granting of powers of attorney; corporate governance matters, including boards of directors and shareholders’ meetings; legal contingency assessments; and family wealth matters.

We also advise Chilean and foreign companies on foreign investment, corporate acquisitions and disposals, internal corporate reorganizations, and civil and commercial matters arising from their operations. Our experience further includes advising family-owned businesses on family governance protocols, councils and committees, as well as wealth reorganizations designed to support orderly governance and business continuity.
