This Privacy Policy explains how Lewin Lasen & Cía. Abogados processes personal data obtained through this website. Processing is governed by Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, from December 1, 2026, by the amendments introduced by Law No. 21,719.

2. Personal data we may collect
- Information submitted through the form: name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, practice area and message.
- Minimum technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, date, time and server security logs.
- Cookie preferences and data generated by optional technologies, solely where authorized.

- To conduct preliminary conflict checks and assess a potential engagement.

Inquiries that do not result in an engagement may be retained for up to 24 months following the last interaction, unless longer retention is necessary for security, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Client records are retained for the applicable legal, contractual and professional periods. Cookie preferences are retained for up to six months.
9. Data subject rights
Under the law currently in force, data subjects may request information, amendment, deletion or blocking of their data in the circumstances established by Law No. 19,628. From December 1, 2026, the enhanced rights and procedures introduced by Law No. 21,719 will apply, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking, as applicable.

10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Minors
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children or adolescents through the contact form.
