We have a specialized practice in matters of mining nature industry, providing advice to Chilean and foreign companies in all matters related to the mining extractive such as exploration, development of projects and closure of mining operations. In this framework, we advise our clients in the negotiation of financing agreements, joint-ventures, including the negotiation of contracts and agreements with the State and with the owners of the surface lands. Moreover, we provide legal support in the procedures for the constitution of mining property, obtaining administrative permits, processing of environmental permits, constitution of mining easements, opposition trials, expiration or nullity of mining concessions, among many other matters related to this industry.
